Silver ReceptionUp to 4 hours
Your reception and dance floor, with first dance coordination, guest song requests and music planning.
Gold All-Day Experience Most bookedUp to 8 hours
Ceremony music, canapés and cocktail hour, then the reception. Includes a wireless microphone and full timeline coordination.
Platinum Signature ExperienceUp to 10 hours
Everything in Gold, plus an extended planning consultation, premium lighting upgrade and priority planning support.
Extra hours can be added. Travel is free within 50 km of our Whangārei or Auckland base; beyond that it's quoted upfront before you book. A 25% deposit secures your date and the balance is due 7 days before the wedding.

Sign the booking agreement and pay a 25% deposit to secure the date.

Fill in your music form and run sheet. We'll go through the key moments with you.
Enjoy the night
Balance due 7 days before. On the day, we handle the music so you don't have to.

Questions we often get
Do you cover our venue?
We're based in Whangārei and Auckland and cover the whole of Northland, including the Bay of Islands, Russell and the Far North. Travel is free within 50 km of either base; beyond that we quote travel upfront, including ferries where needed.
Which DJ will we get?
Every DJ NOW wedding DJ is experienced and briefed on your plan. If you'd like a particular DJ, tell us when you enquire and we'll do our best to match you.
Can we choose the music?
Yes. You'll fill in a music planning form with your must-plays, songs to avoid, and the tracks for your entrance, first dance and other key moments.
Can you do the ceremony as well?
Yes. Gold and Platinum include ceremony music and a wireless microphone, plus coverage of canapés and the cocktail hour.
How do we secure our date?
Once your booking form is back, a 25% deposit locks in your date. The balance is due 7 days before the wedding. Your fee is fixed from the day you book.
